One of the only certainties in life is change.
Change may come on gradually, or when we aren’t expecting it! Â This is an update on a recent change in our office.
Here is a note from Melissa…
“It is with mixed emotion that I make my resignation announcement after 18 wonderful years at Exceptional Dentistry. My family and I are headed to warm, sunny Arizona. Sharing this news with my “family” at the office has been incredibly hard because while I am excited about my new adventures and looking forward to changes, I am very sad to leave behind the greatest dental team and leaders. I have so much respect for Dr. Ted Murray, Carol, Dr. Kristen Berning, and Dr. Alexia Oetken. I can’t thank them enough for all they have given me in the form of education and the travel opportunities that came with it. They have been so generous in giving me the freedom and unconditional support over the years to make changes and implement ideas to the practice, all while providing the superior services that they can offer to their patients. We have had so many fun, summer boat days and social gatherings with memories and laughs to last a lifetime. Not only is this group a TOP NOTCH team to work with but a fabulous group of people to be friends outside the office with as well. I will always cherish the relationships I’ve established with both the Exceptional Dentistry team but also the wonderful connection I’ve made with patients over the past 18 years.”

We are extremely thankful to have spent 18 awesome years with Melissa on this team! Melissa is an exceptional team member.  She keeps everything running smoothly with the daily schedule, the phone, dental insurance, etc. We will miss her smile, her friendship, her ability to connect with patients, and all the knowledge she has!  She led us through so many transitions, such as from paper to electronic charts. She will be GREATLY missed, and we wish her the best as she moves on to her next adventure… in Arizona.  Please be patient with us during our next transition.  Melissa has been training our new treatment coordinator, Terra, and you may be meeting her soon!  🙂
