Time Flies, Check your toothbrush

“The bad news is time flies.

The American Dental Association suggests replacing your toothbrush every three to four months – even sooner after recovery from an illness or cold. Food particles and moisture become trapped in the base of brush bristles where they provide everything germs need to grow. Research has shown that unclean brushes can bring microorganisms into your mouth.
