I had the BEST Ever New Patient appointment last week! First of all , I scheduled my appt by text message for the next day. ( I had an emergency issue)They so kindly scheduled it fast knowing that. I walked in the door and was greeted So warmly by Tara at the front desk. I let her know I was there for an appointment and she looked at the dentists schedule and said she didn't see me on it ...But THEN , Without missing a beat said, No worries at all, we will still see you now and get you taken care of with a sweet smile. ( It turned out there was an error on MY end with the confirmation text not going through) Tara was so extremely professional and kind by the way she handled me not being on the schedule. And They Were Busy. I could see that. I was brought back in less than 5 min and they Did take such good care of me!! Marine was very nice and Dr. Oetken knew her stuff and knew exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this dental office!! Very grateful.

Exceptional Dentistry always does a great job!

I had cracked a tooth. And the dentist refilled the tooth instead of pushing for a crown. I was very appreciative of the honesty about the tooth. Also there was absolutely no pain. Thank you

I brought my 4 month in for a consult on her lip and tongue tie. Dr. Berning and her staff were extraordinary. She was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure took less than 5 minutes and afterwards she sat with us and explained the post op instructions. She had me practice stretches on my little one prior to leaving and I’m so glad she did as I feel much more comfortable doing them myself now. I can’t recommend this place enough. I am so happy with our care!
