Everyone on staff is friendly and makes the patient at ease. I highly recommend Exceptional Dentistry. 🙂 Update: I chipped a tooth on a Sunday. Sent a message regarding this tooth and said I’d call first thing Monday morning. They replied before I could call, asking if I wanted to be seen that morning! I called and asked for Tuesday since I would be in Dubuque then. Tuesday morning I got my tooth checked. Tuesday afternoon it was fixed!

Our family uses Exceptional Dentistry and we always have a great experience. Their staff and all three dentists are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Our appointments are timely. The procedures and technology are up to date and make appointments comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend Exceptional Dentistry for anyone in the Tri-State Region.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with every staff member we came in contact with. I cannot recommend this office enough, even if you are nervous about going to the dentist the atmosphere and staff are so warm and inviting (as well as knowledgeable) that you will soon be put at ease.

We visited Dr Berning back in May for my 7 month old daughter to have her lip tie assed. After our consultation, it was found that she had a LT and also a TT. We sat down with Dr Berning for 45 minutes discussing everything prior to the correction. She answered all of our questions and assured us that everything would be fine. She made us feel very comfortable with the procedure when we were very nervous first time parents! The procedure was over in a matter of minutes and everything went great. We were given our own room afterwards, which I thought was really nice touch. Even the reception staff was great! We drove 2 1/2 hours from Wisconsin and would do it again in a heart beat. Thank you Dr Berning and staff. Madison is doing better than ever now!
