Dental Assistants Recognition Week is celebrated annually in early March. This week is the perfect time to acknowledge and recognize our dental assistants for their versitility, for their caring nature, and for their many talents. Today’s dental assistants strengthen the entire practice and enhance patient satisfaction around the world. Dental assistants are committed to professional development and quality dental care. 
When visiting a dentist, the first and last contact is probably with the dental assistant at the front desk or at chairside with the dentist. They are with patients for each step of treatment and help keep our doctors and our clinical team on track. Dental assistants apply their skills and training to make visits to the dentist feel productive, safe and as pleasant as possible.
