Always friendly. Never had a bad experience. I also want to say that I have an autistic child and from his first appointment everyone was kind and patient and he loves everyone there, so for anyone with fears or children with special abilities they are the place to go.

I don't think there are enough positive things to say about Exceptional Dentistry. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and at ease with procedures and what not. I hate the dentist but they made me not dislike it any more. Very lovely place

My husband and I switched to Exceptional Dentistry years ago, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Father and two lovely daughters, all exceptional dentists, I guess that's why they call it Exceptional Dentistry.

When looking at options for my daughter's braces Exceptional Dentistry got my daughter in quickly for her Invisalign consult! Dr. Kristen Berning was great to work with, very professional and answered all questions.

Dr. Berning worked my son into her schedule on short notice due to our far proximity to Dubuque. This was just the beginning of the truly exceptional service we received! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated outstandingly! Dr. Berning took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and prior to his procedure and then spent a long time with us afterward as well. She treated us as though we were her only focus and she had nowhere else to be! She then called me that evening to check in and emailed me a week later! She is amazing! You can't go wrong with Exceptional Dentistry!

Simply....the BEST!! Most of my life I have had a "fear" of going to the Dentist. Since discovering the friendly staff here,I'm no longer afraid and know I am in good hands,I look forward to having the smile I've always wanted.
