Everyone is so welcoming! Going to the dentist has always been a struggle for me due to my anxiety and past experiences but since switching to Dr. Berning my attitude has changed. Her and her staff has made me more comfortable and I feel more at ease each visit.

Everyone on staff is friendly and makes the patient at ease. I highly recommend Exceptional Dentistry. 🙂 Update: I chipped a tooth on a Sunday. Sent a message regarding this tooth and said I’d call first thing Monday morning. They replied before I could call, asking if I wanted to be seen that morning! I called and asked for Tuesday since I would be in Dubuque then. Tuesday morning I got my tooth checked. Tuesday afternoon it was fixed!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with every staff member we came in contact with. I cannot recommend this office enough, even if you are nervous about going to the dentist the atmosphere and staff are so warm and inviting (as well as knowledgeable) that you will soon be put at ease.
